Current Opportunities
RACIAL JUSTICE FELLOW (LAW STUDENT), SUMMER 2025
ILAP is offering a paid Racial Justice Fellowship during the summer of 2025 for a rising 2L or 3L law student who identifies as an immigrant or has a lived immigrant experience. The Fellow will assist ILAP’s legal staff on a variety of case types and projects, working full-time at our Portland office location.
The Fellow will receive a $8,240 stipend for the duration of the fellowship (minimum 10 weeks). Review of applications will begin on December 13, 2024 and continue until the position is filled.
Our Interview & hiring Process
Qualified candidates offered to take part in the hiring process will begin with an initial interview with 3-4 ILAP staff members. Finalists will be invited to a second-round interview with the initial interview team and 2-3 additional staff members.
ILAP will then check references before extending a written offer of employment to the selected candidate, which will detail salary, benefits, and other important information.
